Where does the home data come from?
All sale prices, list prices, and property details are sourced directly from MLS records for recently closed sales in West Seattle. The data is real. No estimates or algorithmic guesses.
How is the score calculated?
You earn up to 1,000 points per house based on how quickly you guess correctly. Points decrease as the 60-second timer counts down. Wrong guesses cost 100 points each and trigger a 3-second cooldown. Consecutive first-try correct answers unlock streak multipliers up to 2x.
What are the prizes?
Prizes are awarded monthly to top Contender-registered players. To be eligible, submit your score with a valid email address at the end of the game. Only your first registered score counts for prize consideration.
